PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE OPERATING ON AN "AUTHOR WAIT LIST"!
$250 Table fee includes:
🥊Full (6ft) table
★Bring one Assistant for free.
★There are approximately 50 Full tables at the event.
🥊Cold Breakfast (pastries, etc)
🥊Cold Lunch (Lunchbox catering with sandwich/salad options)
★We will give you the options available and let you choose your lunch approximately two months before the event.
🥊Snack (granola bars, cookies, etc)
🥊Water bottles handed to you by volunteers to keep you hydrated and talking to those readers! :)
ALSO - we are going to have sponsorship opportunities available in many different price ranges!
If you are interested in sponsorship, please indicate that on the form below and Jessie or JM will contact you about it.
Please note that sponsorship is extremely important to us because this a CHARITY event and ALL PROCEEDS will be going to the charity of our choice. As of today's date we have not picked the charity for 2024 yet, but we will announce that in 2023. With all of that being said, we really hope to see you there!
