Fighter/Sponsor Levels & Descriptions:
Champion: The fighter who holds the title. Person who donates the most will be labeled 2024’s Champion
Challenger: A boxer who is scheduled to face a champion or the favored fighter.
♡ Sponsor a big ticket individual item OR donate $1,000+ towards general items needed such as lanyards, autograph booklets, catering, online marketing, VIP bags, General Admission bags, photographer, gifts for reader bags, etc.
★ You get all the perks of the "Contender level" and if you sponsor a big ticket item your name will be advertised with that item. For instance: the online marketing would say "sponsored by AUTHOR'S NAME & WEBSITE".
Contender: This is a qualified opponent who has worked his way up the ranks in order to challenge for the world title.
♡ $500 donation
★ You get 4 VIP tickets for yourself or to do as a giveaway & your name on the Sponsor page in the autograph booklets and (if you're a reader) those four VIP ticket holders can have lunch on the patio adjoining the signing room! You will be provided a boxed lunch + drink and you can chill on the patio (possibly with authors if they wander out there!) as the authors in the signing room partake in their noon time meal. This will be from 12-1PM and your lunch choices will be sent to you to pick from a couple of months from the event.
Journeyman: This is a term that means a fighter who is always “in the game,” but not typically in title contention. A journeyman is used by up-and-coming fighters to test their skills and, in many cases, gain a recognizable win over a “name” on their record. Journeymen are constantly on their own journey (never arriving) and part of a future champion’s journey to notoriety.
♡ $300 donation
★ You get 2 VIP tickets for yourself or to do as a giveaway & your name on the Sponsor page in the autograph booklets and (if you're a reader) those two VIP ticket holders can have lunch on the patio adjoining the signing room! Upstart: A beginning fighter who shows potential.
♡ $100 donation
★ You get 2 General Admission tickets for yourself or to do as a giveaway & your name on the Sponsor Banner & autograph booklets.
Cornerman: A coach, cutman or person responsible for tending to a fighter between rounds.
♡ $50 donation and/or gifts/gift cards for raffle baskets and/or VIP bags.
PLEASE NOTE: All Sponsors (except for “Cornerman” level) will be listed on the Sponsors page of our website and in the autograph booklets that will be given to all VIP ticket holders. Each autograph booklet will be 8.5” x 11” and feature two authors per page with their name and a headshot. All authors, publishers, vendors or bloggers that donate at the “Cornerman” level will be listed on the website but will not be listed in the or autograph booklets as a "sponsor". Authors who do not sponsor will still be listed in the booklet as an "attending author".
